EVENT NAME: “E Resources”

The Department of B.Sc. Computer Science, in collaboration with NSS, organized an outreach event titled “E Resources” involving 10th grade students from Mahatma Gandhi School, Channaraya Pattana (P) and Devanahalli (T).

The initiative aimed to raise awareness, offer academic support, and inspire constructive learning among school students. Students of B.Sc. (EMCs) actively participated and provided valuable insights on academic preparation.

The program also supported students by providing essential exam supplies, thereby contributing positively to their academic readiness.

EVENT NAME: “Power of Physics – Building and Understanding”

The Department of Electronics coordinated a CSR activity titled “The Power of Physics: Building and Understanding” in association with NSS on 20th January 2025 for the students of Mahatma Gandhi School.

The session was directed by Mr. Raju N, NSS Officer and Assistant Professor, Department of Indian Language, MSRCASC, followed by Ms. Rithu R and Ms. Nesara K R, Assistant Professors, Department of Electronics.

First-year B.Sc. EMCs students exhibited physics models to stimulate curiosity and enthusiasm for mini-project development. Students interacted freely with school children, exchanging ideas and experiences in an engaging learning environment.

EVENT NAME: “Math Quest: The Problem Solving Adventure”

The Department of Mathematics organized a CSR activity in collaboration with NSS titled “Math Quest: The Problem Solving Adventure” for 10th grade students of Mahatma Gandhi School, Channaraya Pattana, on 20th January 2025.

The activity was led by Ms. Haritha A, Head of the Department, along with Ms. Gagana C N and Ms. Vinutha M, Assistant Professors, Department of Mathematics.

B.Sc. (EMCs) 2nd semester students actively participated by equipping school students with mathematical concepts and smart problem-solving techniques essential for their 10th board examinations. The MSRCASC team also supported the school by providing essential learning resources.

Outreach activity to Kaiwara

Department of EMCs organized out reach activity to vist the Govt. Primary School in Kaivara in collaboration with NSS team on 03-03-2025. The students of 1 st and 2 nd BSc EMCs immersed themselves in a childlike spirit while explaining mathematical concepts and demonstrating electronics models. The school students enthusiastically grasped the knowledge and relished the session.
