Industrial Visit to Sobha Ltd., Bangalore.

The Department of BBA organized an Industrial Visit on 17th March 2026 for the students of BBA 6th Semester (2023–26 Batch) as part of experiential learning and industry exposure. The visit was conducted to Sobha Ltd., Bangalore, a leading organization in the real estate and construction sector.

The visit included two major industrial units: the Sobha Concrete Products Division and the Sobha Interiors Division. The objective of the visit was to provide BBA students with practical exposure to industrial operations, production processes, and quality management practices.

At the Concrete Products Division, students gained insights into the manufacturing process of concrete products, including batching, mixing, molding, curing, and quality testing. They also understood the importance of advanced technology and strict quality standards in ensuring durability and efficiency.

During the visit to the Interiors Division, students observed the production of premium interior components. They learned about various stages such as designing, cutting, assembling, and finishing, along with the role of skilled craftsmanship and precision in delivering high-quality outputs.

The industry experts at Sobha Ltd. shared valuable knowledge on real-world business practices, supply chain management, and operational efficiency, enabling students to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications.

The visit was coordinated by Ms. Preethi L and Mrs. Harshitha M, whose efforts ensured the smooth conduct of the program.

Overall, the industrial visit organized by the BBA Department was an enriching and insightful experience, enhancing students’ understanding of industrial and business operations and preparing them for future professional endeavors.


Industrial Visit – I Semester BBA (Batch 2025–28) Pushpak Products India Pvt. Ltd., Wonder Blues Apparels Pvt. Ltd. and Britannia Industries Ltd.

The Department of BBA organized an Industrial Visit on 15th November 2025 for the I Semester BBA students (Batch 2025–28) with the objective of bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical industry exposure. The visit provided students with an opportunity to observe real-time business operations and gain insights into manufacturing, production management, quality control, and organizational structure.

The first visit was to Pushpak Products India Pvt. Ltd., where students were introduced to the company’s production processes, workflow management, and quality assurance practices. The management team explained the importance of operational efficiency, supply chain coordination, and maintaining industry standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Students were able to observe the systematic functioning of different departments and understand how coordination contributes to overall productivity.

The second segment featured Mock Interviews, where students experienced a simulated corporate interview environment. Participants were assessed on communication skills, subject knowledge, confidenThe next visit was to Wonder Blues Apparels Pvt. Ltd., a company engaged in apparel manufacturing. Here, students gained exposure to garment production processes, from raw material sourcing to final product packaging. The session highlighted key aspects such as inventory management, labor management, quality checks, and branding strategies in the fashion and textile industry. The visit enabled students to understand the practical challenges faced in large-scale production and how effective management practices ensure smooth operations.

The final visit was to Britannia Industries Ltd., one of India’s leading food manufacturing companies. Students were briefed on production planning, hygiene standards, packaging technology, and distribution networks. The company representatives emphasized the importance of quality control, innovation, and strong distribution channels in sustaining competitive advantage in the FMCG sector. The visit provided valuable insights into large-scale production and corporate functioning.

Throughout the industrial visit, students actively engaged with industry professionals, clarified their queries, and gained a deeper understanding of real-world business practices. The experience enhanced their knowledge of various management concepts such as operations management, marketing, human resource management, and supply chain management.

The visit was successfully coordinated by Ms. Dimple Raj Purohit, whose guidance ensured smooth organization and effective learning outcomes.
