ROYAL TECH HEAD ACADEMY DATA ANALYSIS USING ADVANCED EXCEL, POWER BI & TABLEAU

A comprehensive Value Added Program of 30 hours was conducted for 100 B.Com students, covering theoretical concepts and extensive hands-on lab sessions in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. The program focused on enhancing students' analytical abilities, dashboard creation skills, and understanding of business intelligence tools. Students demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the training.

Objectives of the Program

• To provide students with a strong foundation in data analysis and business intelligence.
• To train learners in importing, transforming, and analysing data using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• To enable students to create visual dashboards and reports for real-world decision-making.
• To familiarise learners with DAX functions, data modelling, hierarchies, and report design.
• To build practical competency through hands-on lab sessions and real-time project exercises.
• By the end of the program, students developed strong theoretical and practical knowledge in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. They gained the ability to analyse raw data, create professional dashboards, apply DAX functions effectively, use different types of reports and visuals, and perform end-to-end BI reporting. The program enabled them to translate concepts into workplace-ready skills through hands-on exercises and real-case simulations.
