Value-added programs are courses or activities that are designed to enhance the skills, knowledge, and employability of students beyond their regular curriculum. They are offered by M S Ramaiah College of Arts, Science and Commerce in collaboration with industry experts, professional bodies, or government agencies. The department is providing the following VAP programs:

• Skill DevelopmentIt focuses on enhancing various skills and competencies, its objectives could be designed to facilitate learning, personal growth, and professional advancement
• MS ExcelThe programme focuses on MS Excel, the objectives would centre around enhancing users' proficiency in Excel, which is a powerful tool for data analysis, management, and visualization. Here are some specific objectives for an MS Excel.
• Power BIThe objectives would aim to enhance participants' abilities to effectively use this business intelligence tool for data visualization, analysis, and reporting. It also introduces participants to the basic components of Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile.
