The Department of Computer Science organised a Skill Orientation Program titled “Internship in Future Tech Along with Project-Based Learning” at the Kuvempu Seminar Hall for the 5th Semester BCA students. A total of 92 students participated in the session.The resource person, Mrs. Beena Lankesh (Business Development Manager, Rooman Technology), delivered an insightful session on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Cybersecurity.The program was formally inaugurated by Dr. Prathiba V Kalburgi, Head of the Department of Computer Science. Ms. Bhoomika Akki, Assistant Professor, introduced the resource person and facilitated the proceedings.The session aimed to strengthen students’ technical knowledge and improve their job readiness through real-world project engagement and exposure to advanced technology trends.
